Steps:

3. Need a quick break?
Tap the pause ⏸️ button anytime - like for meals, changing, or just catching your breath.
Tap pause again to jump back in!

4. Want to stop completely?
Hit the stop ⏹️ button if you’re done for now.
⚠️ Heads up: stopping fully means your streak won’t count for today!

5. Reach zero = success!
When the timer hits 0, you’ll get a congrats message 🎉 and your streak for the day will be officially recorded. Nice work!

6. Timer resets automatically
It’ll reset to your target hours so you can keep going.
